SUPPORTING HOODOO GURUS,
CHELSEA HEIGHTS HOTEL

Rock'n'roll people. Lots and lots of it! Walked in the door to see the band before us giving an old Rose Tattoo number the once over in classic aussie pub rock style. "Nice boys dont play rock'n'roll".......man I love that song! After seeing that I was curios to see how our country rock swagger would go over. Spending most of our days playing alongside other country rock bands it was definatley a change of pace. With the usual presence of acoustic guitars missing from the mix, it was a slightly more rockin style of set than what we were used to delivering, so we fitted right in. We loved it, and so did the crowd. We had a lot of local support there on the night, and could see many faces singing along to our songs. The rocked up country songs seemed to be just what the crowd was needing, and it wasn't long before the dancers were on the dance floor.

The place was a SELL OUT. Chockers from front to back. It was a battle getting around the crowd, but I managed to get a few snaps! Thanks to all who came down to support the live music scene ("what's my, what's my, what's my scene???").
